On Last Friday, our India celebrated its 61th freedom anniversary, but what does it means to you and me,we are living in the same way many of us even don't remember that it is the 61 year of our free India, they just take it as one usual holiday.they don't have any feeling what so ever for the great day.and i think i am also belongs to the same category.On the night of 15 august this thought came to my mind and I'm writing my heart out in this post,for the people like me wait for the great day is coz we are getting one day off from the work off from the normal routine ,so that we can sleep for the more time and watch late night movies ,those who drinks can drink one more day coz they need only reasons to drink weather it is I day or Valentine day or blah blah..
so coming to the topic what it means for me and you,just only to buy flag from the road side vendor and put in our living room,to roam around with friends to watch I day parade on DD (that to even very few people do).
It is not only me and you,the whole society is like that only,you can take media also see all the news channel till 13 midnight they are not bothered about this day they can show all the craps in the news but from 14 midnight to 15 midnight they will show only I day special to generate more money,same with the movie and the Music channel(are they not aware of this day through out the year), you can see only patriotic movies and songs whole day,what this is all about only money business,why we are cursing to them we all are like them we can send thousands of 'sms' on valentine day but on this day no body bothers to send one single message.
OK tell me what you wish that should be the part of independent India in future, corruption free,good environment ,education for all ,equality in society,empowerment to woman all lot more like that ,but these are all lies ,we don't bother for any one until we are living comfortable or luxurious life, we don't even want any change that will disturb our status and which can be in the national interest,how many of us are living for India I think all of us say that yes we are,but you all now that is not true if we will get great opportunity in abroad that will turn us into millionaire then how may of us leave that opportunity and work for the mother country the answer is known to you all .
After 61 year we say that we are independent ,I think we are not we are still slaves that are governed by the polices of the foreign counties ,our whole so call economy is dependent on the other nation if there is depreciation in there currency we get suffered, because we all are working for them and why not the are power full more composed then our country,we had not made any significant development in past 61 year,and that to coz of the mere greediness our politicians and peoples like us that are born to be pampered and to make country weaker and weaker.
People say in spite of cursing to the politicians why cant we go and join the politics,but all of know that if we are not film stars sons or person supported by some party we cant even win the block elections.
But in spite of all these things we can help our country in more ways, by paying taxes on time,following the rules and regulation,coming to promote things which can be in the interest of nation,stop giving bribes to anyone and lot more like that.and most importantly to be a good human being.
I think we should give some preference to nation on our personal interest by choosing little less money in India comparative to foreign countries in our jobs.
let us not only celebrate independence only on 15 Aug ,we have to celebrate it all the day through out the year in our hearts so that at least we don't feel guilt in our last day and our country feel proud of us.
